DR. R. PAUL EARLE
Pastor Paul was born in Jamaica, West Indies and met his wife Charmaine as a teen at an Easter retreat. After a long courtship they got married in August 1993. With four children and over twenty seven years of marriage, they enjoy serving together at the Life Church in the ministry of making disciples that make disciples. Pastors Paul & Charmaine believe that a there is a “Harvest in the High Desert” and God has called them to raise up workers for that Harvest and the global Revival.
Pastor Paul started his career in business and corporate management before the Lord called him into full-time ministry at his local church in Kingston, Jamaica. With a burning in his heart to participate in the great commission, Paul served in local evangelism, mission projects and church planting in Tanzania. In 1988, Paul, Charmaine and their children moved to Pasadena, California. Paul studied at Fuller Seminary’s school of World Missions and Charmaine completed her residency in Family Medicine at the University of Southern California. Charmaine is one of the leading primary care physicians in the High Desert and leads worship at Life Church. Paul leads the Life Church and has served church planters in Tanzania, Grenada, Jamaica, Malawi, New York, California, and recently South Dakota.
As a disciple maker, Pastor Paul is passionate about preaching the Word with insight and practical application. Paul practices and coaches on creative personal and church evangelism at a local church level, gospel saturation on a community level, and church planting nationally and internationally. His desire is to see missional and multiplying disciples and churches to advance the redemptive purposes of God on the earth.
